CSHEMA 73rd Annual Conference
July 18-22, 2026 in Austin, TX
We are excited to announce that the 73rd Annual CSHEMA Conference will be hosted at the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center in Austin, Texas, July 18-22, 2026.
With over 70 technical sessions, panels, and roundtables, and a variety of pre-conference professional development sessions (4 hour and 8 hour sessions available) there’s something for everyone!
The members of the Conference Education Committee are planning social events and networking opportunities to enhance your conference experience, including the Welcome Reception and Award Presentation, CSHEMA Scholarship Fundraiser and Community of Practice gatherings sprinkled throughout the conference.
Registration for the 73rd Annual CSHEMA Conference is now open! We look forward to welcoming campus safety, health, and environmental management professionals from across the country for an engaging and impactful program.
To participate in the Annual Meeting, you must be a registered attendee. A full registration includes access to all plenary and concurrent sessions, networking breaks in the Exhibit Hall, poster presentations, the Opening Ceremony, and most networking events with food and beverage. Accepted authors are expected to pay their own travel expenses and conference registration fee(s). Please note that ticketed events are not included with full registration.

| Guest Pass | A Guest Pass is intended for individuals accompanying a presenter for a limited portion of the conference, such as attending the presenter’s session or participating in one designated meal function on a single day. This pass is not intended to serve as a conference registration and does not provide access to the full conference, educational sessions beyond the presenter’s presentation, or other attendee benefits. |

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received by June 19, 2026. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund (less a $50 processing fee). Requests will be processed upon notification. All requests received after June 19, 2026, will forfeit 100 percent of monies paid.

CSHEMA has negotiated a special room block specifically for our event attendees.All conference attendees should make every effort to stay at the official event hotel. Supporting the official hotel room block provides staff support to resolve hotel reservation disputes; ensures attendees receive all applicable discounts and materials; and, assists CSHEMA in maintaining affordable, quality programming. Booking your reservation via Internet travel sites or staying at other properties has a long-term, negative impact on the CSHEMA meeting. The number of hotel guest rooms that can be attributed to CSHEMA attendees helps us negotiate better rates with the hotels and the city's meeting facilities, avoids financial penalties and helps offset increased costs in our efforts to maintain affordable registration fees.
