How long have you worked in EHS?

About eight years

How did you get into EHS?

I was always interested in working in science, but working at the bench wasn't for me. I loved that EHS allowed me to be involved but also allowed me to solve different challenges every day.

How long have you worked at your current institution?

A little over two years

Best career advice?

Avoid saying no. If it will be a challenge to implement an idea, lay out all the issues and how to address them and let them make their decision about whether it's worth it.
