Government Relations

Our goal is to help members easily find relevant information on government relations including EPA and OSHA regulations. The GovRel Committee is charged with participating in the development and implementation of environmental health and safety regulations and legislation affecting institutions of higher education. We monitor proposed new regulations and laws primarily at the national level. If an issue is particularly important for colleges and universities, we may prepare written comments or participate in hearings to present testimony.
